Reservations
To validate a reservation, our customers must send proof of payment and the following information:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer registry identification)
- Address/Neighborhood/City/ZIP Code
- Telephone
- Names of other guests (if applicable)
Payment Methods, Reservations, Rental, and Security Deposit
To reserve one of our properties, we require a reservation confirmation deposit of 100% of the total rental value. The remaining rental amount will be charged at check-in before entering the property.
The payment for the 100% reservation deposit can be made by bank transfer/deposit, credit card, or Pix (Brazilian instant payment system).
To allocate your payment, we always require a transfer confirmation via WhatsApp.
Your reservation will be validated from the moment the Férias Itacaré reservations department sends a confirmation message.
If, for any reason beyond our administration's control, the rented property becomes unavailable, we offer our customers the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.
Check-in
In accommodations where we have self-check-in, the check-in time is from 3 pm onwards.
Check-out
Check-out time: 12 pm.
Reservation Cancellation and Changes
In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of the rental or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline.
Férias Itacaré has the right to immediately terminate the rental contract, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, if one of the following cases occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and/or violation of the condominium rules, organization of parties, consumption of illicit drugs, pets without our permission, lack of full payment of the rent or security deposit.
If the reserved property has internet connection or cable TV, Férias Itacaré does not assume responsibility for any connectivity problems or resulting inconveniences. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of the rental payment.
Responsibilities and Obligations of Our Guests
The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they rented as well as for any item belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The customer and all occupants of the apartment and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and its rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the customer. Additionally, they may also lead to a premature termination of the rental contract without any refund.
Visitors
There are condominiums that do not allow visitors. Please contact us before making any reservations where visitors are expected, so that we can provide a more suitable property.
Jurisdiction
The contracting parties elect the Court of the District of Itacaré, Bahia.
